What information should I include in my enquiry?
For the fastest accurate quote please include: the part name or category (PTO shaft, gearbox, sprocket, chain, bearing), key dimensions or the original part number, the quantity required, your delivery port or city in Australia, and any application notes such as machine model and working conditions. If you have a drawing, photo or sample, attach it directly to your email — our engineering team prefers visual reference over text descriptions.
How quickly will I receive a response?
Standard enquiries receive an acknowledgement within 2 to 4 working hours during AEST business time, and a full formal quotation within 1 business day. Complex OEM enquiries that require engineering review may take 2 to 3 business days. Urgent in-season requests flagged URGENT receive priority handling.
Can I request a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Samples are available for almost all standard agricultural parts and most custom OEM projects. Sample fees and freight are quoted case by case, and the sample fee is normally credited against your first production order.
Do you accept enquiries from individual farmers as well as dealers?
Yes — we work with end-user farmers, contractors, machinery dealers, OEM implement manufacturers, distributors and rural workshops. The minimum order value will vary by buyer type, but we quote every legitimate enquiry from Australian agricultural operations.
Can I visit the manufacturing facility?
Yes, factory visits are welcomed by appointment for serious buyers and OEM partners. Please contact our sales team at least 2 weeks in advance so we can prepare a technical schedule and arrange the necessary support during your visit.
How do you handle warranty claims from Australia?
Warranty cases are handled directly by our after-sales support team. Email a description of the failure, photographs, the original invoice or batch number, and we will respond with the next steps within 1 to 2 business days. Genuine manufacturing defects within the warranty period are replaced free of charge.
