Vertical TMR Mixer

Correct installation of the feed mixer gearbox is the single biggest factor in achieving the design service life. Follow the steps below, in order. Skipping or compressing any step usually shows up as oil leak, premature bearing failure, or noise within the first season.

Yes. We routinely build to OEM drawings and to custom specifications including non-standard ratios, special shaft ends, alternative housing materials, custom flange patterns, and adapted seal packages. Standard MOQ for catalogue models is one carton (typically 5 to 50 units depending on size). For full-custom builds, MOQ is normally 50 units, with the first article approved against drawing or sample before serial production starts.
What is your warranty policy and how do I make a claim?
The standard warranty is 12 months from the shipment date covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Extended 18-month or 24-month coverage is available for OEM contracts. For a claim, send a short video or photo showing the defect, the unit serial number, and a description of the operating context. We will respond within 24 hours and, if the claim is valid, supply a replacement or replacement parts free of charge.
